I've spent years working across real estate, design, and renovation — as an agent, a buyer, a seller, a designer, and someone who has bought, remodeled, and sold homes firsthand. That range of experience shapes how I think about every project.
What I care about most is helping people see what's possible. A home that looks ordinary on the surface can have real potential — a layout that could open up, a space that could work harder, a property that could become something genuinely special with the right approach.
I bring a passion for architecture, layout, and thoughtful design to everything I do. I'm not here to push a transaction or sell you on a vision. I'm here to help you understand your options, make practical decisions, and end up with a home that fits the way you actually live.
I work with buyers and homeowners in Northeast Los Angeles — Silver Lake, Glendale, Pasadena, Echo Park, and the surrounding neighborhoods. My focus is single-family homes: finding them, rethinking them, and helping bring them to their potential.
